Job summary
Aerotek in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to operate and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliable operation to support client satisfaction.
The technician will use Corrigo CMMS to manage work orders, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders. A valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum four years of technical building engineering experience including HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, with service experience in commercial or supermarket refrigeration.
- Proficient in preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repair of complex mechanical/electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, focusing on HVAC/R systems.
- Maintain CMMS records and update work orders in real time.
- Travel between sites and be available for after-hours calls.
