Job summary

MGM Products, Inc. is a growing HVAC metal fabricator seeking a Manufacturing Welder/Fabricator to join our production team in Henderson, NC. You will weld sheet metal, fabricate components, and repair parts with attention to quality and safety.

The role requires lifting heavy parts and occasional overtime to meet deadlines. Join a small, hands-on team that values craftsmanship, training, and steady skill development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience welding thin gauge metals.
• HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime and some Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Welds on 18, 16, 14 GA sheet metal in HVAC production.
• Fabricate new metal components per data sheets and safety standards.
• Repair metal components to restore functionality and safety.
• Maintain tools and keep workspace clean and safe.
• Coordinate workflow with team and third-party agents.
• Execute welds to conformance, inspect pieces, and measure with templates.
• Work independently or with a team to complete large projects; manage workflow and deadlines.
• Apply physical strength and endurance to complete welding tasks.
