Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is assisting a well-established commercial mechanical servicing company in Phoenix, AZ to hire an HVAC Estimator. The role focuses on reviewing drawings, developing cost estimates, takeoffs, bids, and project pricing for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.

The position requires coordinating with general contractors and building owners, with base compensation highlighted at a $100k–$120k yearly range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Experience with commercial and/or industrial HVAC or mechanical projects.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings, plans, specifications, and HVAC system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings, plans, specifications, and project requirements for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
• Develop HVAC cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, material takeoffs, bid estimates, and project pricing.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and supporting estimating documentation for commercial and industrial mechanical projects.
• Evaluate HVAC systems and mechanical system requirements to develop accurate project estimates.
• Coordinate with general contractors, building owners, facility managers, and other project stakeholders during the estimating and proposal process.
• Support discovery and estimating activities for commercial and industrial HVAC opportunities.
