Qualifications

• 2-5 years of estimating experience in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of related trades for coordinating project estimates.
• Ability to conduct site surveys and participate in pre-bid walkthroughs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive estimating logs and unit costs for all projects.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams.

Skills

Estimating experience in HVAC

Ability to read blueprints

Strong verbal and written communication

Education

Associate’s degree in business or engineering
