Job summary

HVAC RNTL is seeking a Shop Technician to perform depot maintenance, equipment preparation, cleaning and testing under leadership. This role supports readiness, reliability and cleanliness of rental equipment in a shop/depot environment.

The position involves basic maintenance, cleaning, and occasional loading/unloading tasks, with a focus on safety and accurate documentation. Training will be provided, with opportunities for growth across the US network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn HVAC rental equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection and basic testing of rental equipment.
• Prepare and-clean equipment for customer deployment.
• Assist with depot organization and inventory tracking.
• Follow safety procedures and complete maintenance documentation.
