Qualifications

Actively pursuing California Professional Engineer licensure (Mechanical).

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of four CAD technicians and designers and distribute workload.
Update the Job Book Tracker weekly and communicate priorities.
Monitor CAD lists and project trackers to ensure timely progress.
Identify bottlenecks and reassign resources to meet build/installation dates.
Assist with design reviews, Title 24 reviews, and equipment verification.
Coordinate mechanical layouts for residential projects and perform plan reviews.
