CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Engineer to support a major banking client’s critical infrastructure. You will serve as the technical expert for complex mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring reliability and performance in high-stakes environments.

The role features a Monday–Friday day shift with an on-call obligation to provide 24/7 facility readiness. You’ll join a collaborative team offering advanced training and growth opportunities in a stable industry.

Qualifications

• EPA universal certification is required.
• 4–5 years of related experience.
• Driver’s license required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on-site.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC control systems and related instruments.
• Inspect HVAC equipment for proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot failures and recommend modifications.
• Apply advanced principles to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Diagnose VAV damper operation and BAS integration.
• Oversee RTU preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect and calibrate boiler systems for reliable heating.
• Maintain water- and air-cooled chillers for comfort.
