DUCTZ of Washington-Baltimore is hiring an Air Duct Cleaning Technician. This hands-on role focuses on cleaning and restoring ductwork, HVAC components, and related systems in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates bring HVAC knowledge, NADCA ASCS certification or willingness to obtain, and strong customer service. The position offers training, development, and advancement opportunities, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-year experience in a technical hands-on field.
• NADCA ASCS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils.
• Install dryer vent items, UV-C components, and flexible duct work.
• Apply anti-microbial coatings.
• Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service.
• Inspect own work at customer locations and ensure that it is complete, thorough, and meets DUCTZ quality standards.
• Work well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high level.
