Job summary

Mid City Corporation is seeking an experienced HVAC Division Manager to lead the Wisconsin division, focusing on growth, profitability, and safe, efficient project execution. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer relationship management across service and construction functions.

Responsibilities include strategic direction for sales, estimating, and project operations, along with workforce development and safety performance to achieve long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HVAC construction, service, or mechanical contracting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or business operations.
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Proven business development and customer relationship management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, equipment, installation methods, and service operations.
• Proven experience balancing operational leadership with hands-on technical understanding of HVAC construction and service activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the HVAC Division in Wisconsin, driving growth and profitability.
• Oversee service, construction, sales, estimating, and project operations with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
• Lead major proposals, negotiations, and pricing strategies for the division.
• Direct budgeting, manpower planning, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and margins.
• Develop and maintain supplier/manufacturer relationships and support forecasting and budgeting with finance.
