Job summary

SIGOOK® - STAFFING is seeking a Buyer to manage purchasing and replenishment for an HVAC distribution operation in Medley, FL. The role focuses on ensuring product availability across warehouses and optimizing stock levels.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of buyer/purchasing experience in a distribution setting, with HVAC-related distribution preferred. ERP proficiency (SAP, Macola, Sage) and strong Excel/Power BI data skills are valued. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Buyer/Purchasing experience in a distribution environment.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, industrial, or construction distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One, Macola, Sage, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and replenishment for assigned products and locations.
• Monitor Min/Max levels, reorder points, safety stock, and inventory usage.
• Review ERP recommendations and determine appropriate purchasing quantities and timing.
• Create and manage purchase orders and follow up with vendors on availability and deliveries.
• Monitor stock-outs, excess inventory, and slow-moving products.
• Analyze purchasing and inventory data to support planning and cost-effective decisions.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory data within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations, and Purchasing teams to ensure product availability.
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports as needed.
