Logan Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced HVAC Diagnostic Service Technician to diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. You will troubleshoot complex HVAC issues using diagnostic tools and communicate findings clearly to homeowners.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus and earning potential from $75,000 to $140,000 through hourly pay, commissions, and service revenue sharing, plus benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC diagnostic and repair experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills desired.
• Ability to interpret system readings and diagnostic information.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues using system readings, testing equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Complete quality repairs and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Explain diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and care.
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, materials, and system readings.
• Follow all safety procedures, HVAC codes, and company standards.
• Continue developing your technical knowledge and skills.
