ICLEAN is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer (Revit MEP Specialist) to develop detailed HVAC designs, 3D models, and drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD. You will perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, and equipment selection while coordinating with architectural, structural, and electrical teams for integrated project deliverables.

The role emphasizes BIM workflows, adherence to ASHRAE/SMACNA standards, and involvement from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer (Revit MEP Specialist) with strong expertise in HVAC design and BIM-based workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed HVAC designs, 3D models, technical drawings, calculations, and coordinated project deliverables using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed HVAC designs and layouts using Revit MEP (mandatory) and AutoCAD.
• Prepare and coordinate HVAC drawings, schematics, and 3D models in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, and HVAC equipment selection.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams for interdisciplinary design deliverables.
• Review design documents to ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant cleanroom standards.
• Support project execution from design through commissioning.
• Ensure HVAC designs and installations adhere to technical specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare BOQs and material take-offs.
• Provide technical inputs to support procurement activities.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and technical discussions.
• Support BIM coordination and identify potential design clashes and constructability issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system design, air distribution, and ventilation principles.
• Knowledge of HVAC-related international standards and codes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Preferred Background

• Experience in cleanroom HVAC design is preferred.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, or cleanroom facility design.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Exposure to project execution, commissioning, and site coordination will be an added advantage.
