Job summary

Watsco is seeking a Warehouse Driver/Associate to support daily delivery of HVAC freight and efficient warehouse operations. You will load, unload, stock, and verify merchandise while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

The role requires valid experience with box or stake bed trucks, forklift operation, and a strong safety mindset. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, and a focus on reliable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have 24+ months driving a 22' min box or stake bed truck.
• Ability to multi-task and meet daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of LTL and truckload logistics.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Commitment to safety and a safe work environment.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products daily.
• Assist with delivering HVAC freight to customers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise.
• Verify items received against orders for accuracy.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment as needed.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift checklists.
