Job summary

Baker Distributing Company is seeking a reliable HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate in Flagstaff, AZ. You will deliver HVAC products, load and unload trucks, and support the warehouse with inventory and order accuracy while maintaining safety and customer service excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of truck driving, and a valid DOT medical certificate. CDL is a plus; forklift experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1-year truck driving experience, box truck delivery preferred.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment; able to meet DOT standards.
• CDL licenses are highly desirable; forklift/appliance lift experience is a plus.
• Warehouse experience and strong customer service mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver HVAC products to customers.
• Load/unload products daily and maintain truck cleanliness and safety.
• Collect invoices with signatures and report to manager.
• Assist warehouse with inventory counts and order picking.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Maintain professional customer interactions and build relationships.
