The role requires a strong background in sheet metal operations and at least 5 years of experience in an industrial setting. Candidates must be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or GED, and ideally have technical certification. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 5+ years of work experience with similar machinery in industrial setting required.
• Experience in a mixed-model manufacturing environment, using lean principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press.
• Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines.
• Monitor meters, gauges, and related controls to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Report malfunctions and make minor adjustments to equipment.
