Job summary

3M is seeking an HVAC Craftsperson in Hutchinson, Kansas to troubleshoot and maintain plant utilities equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, fire protection, and compressed air systems. You will work with Plant Support and Engineering to implement improvements for continuous improvement, testing water treatment, building automation, and fire protection systems.

The role requires a two-year HVAC technical degree, flexibility to work overtime on short notice, and travel up to 5% domestically.

Responsibilities will include troubleshooting and maintaining of plant utilities equipment. This would include HVAC, Refrigeration, Fire Protection, Compressed air and Vacuum Systems. Work closely with

Plant Support and Engineering groups to define and implement modifications and improvements in support of continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Expertise
