Job summary

The candidate should have 3 years of HVAC/controls experience, a high school diploma, and ideally a Level 2 Niagara Certification. The position includes union shop benefits and competitive wages, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years HVAC and/or Controls experience.
• Level 2 Niagara Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate centralized and local HVAC control systems using UMCS Automation System.
• Demonstrated experience with Niagara/Tridium platform to control/monitor building systems; experience with LON, Honeywell, BACnet controllers preferred.
• Experience in programming related to wire sheet, relay, and PLC Logic.
