This role focuses on ensuring HVAC systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in accordance with design intent. The technician works independently and in coordination with HVAC service teams, controls vendors, and facility stakeholders to maintain system performance, resolve control‑related issues, and support long‑term operational stability.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with ABC salary and benefit policy. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by ABC Mechanical.

Job is non‑exempt subject to the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Performance will be evaluated in accordance with ABC Mechanical's policy. Growth and Development. This role offers advancement opportunities into Senior Controls Technician, Controls Specialist, or Controls Engineering support roles based on experience, training, and demonstrated performance.
