Job summary

Trane Italia is seeking a Senior HVAC Controls Technician to perform installation, programming and troubleshooting of Trane Controls projects at customer sites. The role includes maintaining service contracts, assisting project managers with quotes, and providing customer training.

The position requires strong knowledge of HVAC systems, AutoCAD, and programming, with travel to client locations as needed and flexibility for overtime. On-site work environment with regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and programming.
• Experience with IT software platforms.
• Intermediate English language.
• 5+ years HVAC experience.
• Engineering/Instrumentation/IT studies completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on HVAC controls, including installation, programming and troubleshooting for Trane Controls projects.
• Maintain service contracts, address client concerns, implement corrective actions, and communicate with clients and teammates.
• Administer and schedule service contracts and projects.
• Assist BAS/Controls project managers with client quotations.
• Provide client training and on-site support as needed.
• Document work with paperwork and maintenance reports.

Where is the work:

Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

Responsabilidades:

• Capaz de realizar con amplio conocimiento todas las funciones como Técnico (a) Senior de Controles.
• Instalación, programación y solución de problemas de todos los nuevos proyectos de Trane Controls Systems.
• Mantener los contratos de servicio, la satisfacción del cliente investigando inquietudes, implementando acciones correctivas y comunicándose con clientes y compañeros de trabajo según sea necesario.
• Administra y programa los contratos de servicios.
• Ayudar a los gerentes de proyectos del grupo BAS/ Controles en la preparación de cotizaciones para los clientes.
• Brindar capacitación a los clientes.
• Documentar el trabajo completando el papeleo en cada trabajo y los informes de mantenimiento.
• Leer y revisar dibujos y planos.
• Coordinar el mantenimiento preventivo y mantener los costos del contrato dentro del presupuesto estimado.
• Utilizar Software de respaldo y documentación para contrato de servicio.
• Responsable de mantener actualizada la lista de equipos contratados.
• Flexibilidad para trabajar horas extras y fines de semana según lo solicite el Supervisor.
• Se requerirá viajes.

Cualificaciones:

• Estudios culminados de Ingenierías, Instrumentación, Informática, IT/LAN y/o hasta cinco años de experiencia en controles HVAC.
• 5+ años de experiencia en el campo de aire acondicionado.
• Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Office, AutoCAD y Programación.
• Conocimiento y uso de software, aplicaciones y plataformas de IT.
• Licencia de conducir vigente – categoría 3.
• Conocimiento intermedio del idioma inglés.
