Job summary

LeoForce in Wyoming is seeking a Building Automation / HVAC Controls Technician to install, program, and service digital control systems at customer sites.

You will start up, test, commission and service controls projects, train the customer on systems, modify programs, and troubleshoot to ensure energy-efficient operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BAS/BMS or HVAC controls experience.
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
• Familiarity with one or more BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell or other.

Responsibilities

• Install complete building automation systems (BAS).
• Start up, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects.
• Train the customer on controls systems as directed.
• Modify existing programs and troubleshooting to maintain optimum system operation.
• Verify correct system and control sequence operations.
• Review, modify, and implement programming changes to BAS for efficiency and energy savings.
• Calibrate, repair, and replace BAS sensing devices to specifications.

Job Details

• Install complete building automation systems (BAS).
• Start up, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects.
• Train the customer on controls systems as directed
• Modify existing programs and troubleshooting to maintain optimum system operation.
• Verify correct system and control sequence operations.
• Review, modify, and implement programming changes to building automation system to ensure efficient and effective system operations and conformance with standards and guidelines and energy savings.
• Calibrate, repair, and replace building automation system sensing devices to specifications.
