The role serves as the main customer contact, requiring strong safety discipline, coordination across trades, programming and commissioning, and timely change orders and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in related field or 6 years of direct field experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Can pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safety-first approach with PPE on all sites and adherence to safety procedures.
• Develop project execution plan and schedule resources.
• Manage costs, procurement, and change orders; ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with customer, subcontractors, technicians, and engineering team.
• Oversee programming and commissioning to meet design and schedule.
• Provide customer training and post-installation support as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks including documentation and timesheets on time.
• Interpret HVAC and electrical construction drawings and participate in take-offs.
