Job summary

Addison HVAC in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced field service engineer to support commercial and industrial HVAC controls and service. You will troubleshoot customer inquiries, supervise installations, and perform factory start-ups as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or 3–4 years technical service experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, AutoCad or similar software.
• Working knowledge of diagnostic tools (V, amp probe, psychrometer, thermometer).
• Understanding of refrigeration cycle in heating and cooling.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and drawings, write reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer troubleshooting via phone or field for controls and service.
• Provide installation supervision and factory start-up as required.
• Provide field warranty service and/or warranty repair as required.
• Train customers, employees and representatives in maintenance and repair.
• Travel 20% - 40%; perform other duties as assigned.
