Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry servicing electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems.
• A vocational program or Associate degree or Military Training in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters).
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC control and Building Automation Systems for commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, manufacturing sites, and data centers.
• Technical Support: Respond to service and warranty calls with front-line technical repair.
• Problem Solving: Use diagnostic tools to resolve building inefficiencies and recommend system updates.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients with high-quality service and clear communication.
