Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. in Dallas is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and on-site repairs for large commercial systems across multiple sites.

You will work on fan coils, water source heat pumps, AHUs, rooftops, cooling towers, and condensers, ensuring reliability and safety. The role requires 4+ years of HVAC commercial experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment: log units, clean coils, replace filters/belts, and lubricate.
• Repair or replace defective equipment and wiring in fan coils, heat pumps, AHUs, rooftops, cooling towers, and condenser tubes.
• Inspect systems to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Provide warranty service by inspecting and testing system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty service application by inspecting and testing systems to verify functionality of HVAC equipment and component
• Direct Level I technicians through hands-on demonstrations of all necessary steps to troubleshoot and repair equipmentIntroduction to centrifugal rebuilds from Lead and Level III technicians
• 4+ years related experience HVAC Commercial Experience
