Dave’s World is seeking a Comfort Advisor to conduct in-home consultations, assess HVAC needs, and guide homeowners through suitable heating and cooling options.

You will present customized solutions, explain benefits and financing, and build lasting relationships to drive sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role offers uncapped commissions, training, and team support.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently ask for the sale.
• Experience conducting in-home customer appointments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their comfort needs, concerns, and goals.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for replacement, upgrades, and improved comfort.
• Present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Clearly explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
• Confidently present recommendations and ask for the sale.
• Follow up with customers to move opportunities toward completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
• Work closely with installation, service, and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity.
• Stay current on HVAC products, financing options, sales techniques, and company processes.
