Job summary

Home Comfort USA in Anaheim, CA is seeking an energetic in-home sales professional to discuss HVAC needs with potential customers, evaluate homes, and present tailored product options. You will build trust, qualify opportunities, and guide clients through the sales process.

This commission-based role offers substantial earning potential and opportunities for growth through ongoing training and support, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
• In-home sales experience preferable.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Strong decision-making abilities and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers to discuss HVAC needs and preferences.
• Conduct in-home evaluations to assess current systems and opportunities for improvement.
• Explain features and benefits of various HVAC products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC products, trends and regulatory requirements.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, sales activities and follow-ups in CRM.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Pay Transparency

This opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $175k–$275k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
