Qualifications

• Completion of a 5-year Apprentice Program, Technical School degree, or equivalent journey-level experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability.
• Proficiency with light to medium tonnage systems (1–100 tons) and large tonnage systems (100+ tons).
• Experience with hydronic systems, including pumps, chilled water systems, condenser water systems, and cooling towers.
• Experience servicing air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, repair, maintain, and service HVAC and hydronic equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
