General Services Corporation (GSC) is hiring a Service / Maintenance Technician III to support apartment communities in the Richmond area. You will install, diagnose, and repair appliances and HVAC systems, troubleshoot electrical circuits, and perform related maintenance tasks to ensure safe, comfortable residences.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA 608 certification, a valid license, own tools, and willingness to participate in on-call and weather-related shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Certification Type I/II or Universal preferred.
• Experience: HVAC repair and appliance troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Own hand tools including a broad set as listed by the employer.
• Must meet Respiratory Protection Program medical clearance and respirator requirements.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather and participate in on-call duties.

Aufgaben

• Install and repair appliances and HVAC components to maintain safe, comfortable dwellings.
• Diagnose and repair electrical circuits in residential HVAC systems and appliances.
• Repair refrigeration cycles using system pressures and related parameters.
• Perform plumbing repairs including toilets, faucets, and water heaters.
• Complete work orders using ServUS Connect ticket system.
• Assist with basic carpentry and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain curb appeal and adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
