Job summary

A leading design firm seeks an engineer to join their multi-disciplinary team in Arlington, Virginia. The role involves HVAC system design, building load calculations, and Revit/BIM modeling under the supervision of a licensed engineer. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, ideally from an ABET accredited program, and possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Proficiency in engineering design software and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required.
• EIT/FE in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform designs of piping and equipment selection for HVAC systems.
• Prepare Building Load Calculations using modeling software.
• Prepare Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings of HVAC systems.

Skills
