Job summary

OneWall Communities LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician with HVAC experience to manage daily maintenance operations at our Leavenworth community. Responsibilities include general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and building systems support.

You will ensure service requests are completed promptly, communicate with residents and vendors, and assist with renovations as needed. HVAC certification is required, with a High School diploma or GED and 1 year of

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; HVAC certification required.
• 1 year of general maintenance experience; construction, plumbing or electrical preferred.
• Excellent customer relations experience and ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests accurately and promptly.
• Close service requests within 24 hours or per policy.
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems; replace worn parts.
• Assist with moving items safely and storing supplies.
