Qualifications

• Valid Georgia Driver's License; must own personal cell phone.
• 5 years' experience in building maintenance, including a minimum of 2 years in residential or commercial HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Provides service for building maintenance, both preventative and corrective.
• Conducts basic repairs to HVAC systems and exhaust fans/hoods.
• Assists other trades (Electrical and Plumbing) as required.
• Maintains tools and equipment needed to perform work.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Skills

General knowledge of various craft areas

Specialization in plumbing and at least two other building maintenance disciplines

Physical labor ability

Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies

Follow specific oral and written instructions accurately

Operate equipment and small hand tools safely

Education
