Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years related experience
• Minimum 1 year directly managing a large team in wholesale
• Experience operating forklift and warehouse equipment
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Owns and achieves branch P&L, budgets, and sales goals
• Ensure outstanding customer service and showroom/warehouse standards
• Lead, train, and coach branch team; conduct performance reviews
• Oversee inventory control, security, and order fulfillment
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence
