Reports To: Branch Manager
Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the effective and profitable management of the branch. Works with Manager and Regional Manager to establish sales, profitability, staffing, inventory, and other goals. Assist in hiring, developing, and training personnel. Familiarization with all company procedures, including but not limited to inventory management, cash management asset management, personnel management, and accurately completing all administrative responsibilities. This position reports to the Branch Manager.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Requires frequent bending, climbing, movement, and lifting during physical loading/unloading of trucks and when stocking products. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday and some Saturday. This is a safety sensitive position.
