In this role, you will be responsible for the general assembly of HVAC units, performing quality control, and ensuring safety protocols. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, demonstrate proficiency with hand tools, and have good communication skills. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Proficiency in using various hand tools, air tools, and measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and work orders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly of commercial HVAC units.
• Mount various parts including panels and fans.
• Apply caulking and insulation tape to ensure sealing.
• Safely operate ladders and overhead cranes.
• Identify and report part mismatches or defects.
