Job summary

Progressive Staffing LLC is assisting a global manufacturing client seeking an HVAC Assembly Technician in the Buffalo, NY area. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, assembling units to spec, testing for quality, documenting issues, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Must have experience in welding, pipefitting, or electrical/conduit work and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Direct hire with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to assemble units per specifications.

• Properly document and report issues, malfunctions or defects.

Job description

Our client, a global manufacturing organization with its US headquarters in WNY, is looking to hire a HVAC Assembly Technician to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Read & interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to assemble units within each product specification
• Test and troubleshoot assembled products to ensure each meets customer specs and achieves engineering satisfaction
• Properly document and report any issues, malfunctions, or defects
• Work efficiently to meet/exceed expected production rates
• Maintain compliance at all times to ensure a clean & safe work environment
• Work well both independently and in a team environment
• Other duties as assigned/as necessary

Details:

• Position is full-time, direct hire

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in AT LEAST ONE of the following: welding, pipefitting, and/or electrical/conduit work
