You should be mechanically inclined and ready for hands-on field work, including installation support, basic maintenance, and customer interactions as you train under seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights or small crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with installation of heating, cooling, and water heating equipment.
• Help with residential air sealing and insulation projects.
• Learn safety practices and proper use of tools through hands-on training.
