This role offers a combination of hands-on experience and trade school attendance to achieve your HVAC Journeyman's license. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining complex HVAC systems. Candidates should have some experience in HVAC, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Current or previous work experience as a Helper or Apprentice servicing HVAC equipment preferred but not required.
• Initiative; self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Professional demeanor and positive, caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex heating and cooling systems.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns and make necessary repairs.
