Job summary

Horsetooth Heating & Air is hiring an HVAC Apprentice Installer in Fort Collins, CO. No experience needed, paid training provided. This role offers hands-on learning, a clear path to advancement, and the chance to earn a company vehicle as you grow your skills.

You will assist with installing residential heating and cooling systems, learn tools and processes on the job, and support lead installers on daily projects. Comfortable teamwork and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience is required or encouraged.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are essential.
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset are valued.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Learn tools, materials, and install processes on the job.

• Load/unload equipment and materials.
