Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Southwest in Tucson, AZ is hiring an HVAC Apprentice to install and service systems under supervision, reading blueprints and learning the latest techniques. This full-time role offers growth, stability, and a path to becoming a skilled installer.

You will work on site, collaborate with a team, follow codes and safety standards, and complete training while building hands-on expertise in a variety of HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding installation progress and any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of all materials used during installation and maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and techniques
