You will work with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and various appliances, performing installations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with safety and EPA regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HVAC Technician or appliance repair technician.
• Must understand HVAC systems, refrigeration, and home appliances.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC and appliance systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ice makers, restaurant appliances).
• Perform installation, service, and repair of household and commercial appliances.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections and tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues.
• Communicate repair findings clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC an Appliance systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps, ice makers, restaurant appliances
• Perform installation, service, and repair of household and commercial appliancesConduct routine preventative maintenance inspections and tune-ups
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues efficiently
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts documentation
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and EPA regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, Appliance Repair Technician, or similar role
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and home appliances
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
