Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, a P.E. license, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the electric utility industry. Competitive compensation and various benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the electric utility industry.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise a team of engineers and designers.
• Ensure projects are on budget and schedule.
• Perform quality reviews and provide recommendations.
• Travel out of town as required.

Skills

Expert understanding of major components of a substation

Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering

Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Education
