Responsibilities

• Attend and document project meetings (write minutes).
• Set up and maintain electronic filing system.
• Update and maintain drawings, specifications and logs.
• Assist with CPM scheduling and master CPM schedule updates.
• Prepare and maintain submittal and procurement logs and PCI logs in CMiC.
• Review, analyze, and transmit submittals; perform expediting functions.
• Maintain PCI log and document change orders and quantity surveys.
• Support Building Information Modeling and model administration tasks.
