Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission lines, and BESS. The role manages planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, constructability reviews, and procurement strategy, from concept through handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• 3+ years of experience leading preconstruction activities preferred.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
