Freedom is seeking an experienced HV/LV Electrical Manager to lead high and low voltage electrical operations in Wakefield. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will drive commercial activities, including estimation and tenders, while mentoring operational teams and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. A strong safety culture and regulatory compliance are essential.

• Proven experience managing HV/LV electrical operations in utilities, construction, or industrial settings.
• Strong commercial awareness, including estimation and bid preparation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements and electrical standards.
• Customer-focused with strong stakeholder management.
• Electrical engineering qualifications (HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent).

• Oversee planning and resource allocation, including labor, plant, and materials.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing HV and LV electrical operations within utilities, construction, or industrial environments.
• Strong commercial awareness, including estimation and bid preparation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and electrical standards.
• Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent).

Desirable Qualifications:

• AP or SAP authorization for HV/LV systems.
• Experience working with modern digital tools and operational systems.
• Experience delivering projects within regulated environments or for major utility clients.
