Business Unit: Research and development of large‑scale video world models, including design and construction of training datasets, foundational model algorithm design, optimization related to pre‑training, supervised fine‑tuning, and reinforcement learning, model capability evaluation, and exploration of downstream application scenarios.
State(s): US-California-Palo Alto
Base pay range: $182,500.00 to $343,200.00 per year.
Eligible for sign‑on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.

Vacation: up to 15 to 25 days per year (depending on tenure). Holidays: up to 13 days per year. Paid sick leave: up to 10 days per year. Benefit adjustments may apply based on location, employment status, duration of employment, and position level.
