The position supports merchandising, stock management, and store cleanliness while promoting membership programs and in-store pickup options. Part-time status with seasonal benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Provide information, guidance and product recommendations at the Hunting/Archery counter (non-firearms).
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and signs; keep the sales floor organized and stocked.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promote club membership, VOC and in-store pick up programs.
• Support a world-class customer service experience and a safe, efficient store environment.
