Job summary

Insight Global is hiring Robot Operators to join one of the Bay Area's fastest growing humanoid robotics teams. This role involves hands-on work with humanoid robots at our headquarters, testing and validating new behaviors and skills in real-world scenarios.

You will deploy robots for commercial use cases, identify issues, and file JIRA tickets to relay failures to the appropriate teams. A 5-day workweek with weekend shifts is required, and you must be able to stand for 8+ hours.

Qualifications

• Will require ownership of humanoid operations and proper robot function.
• Strong focus and attention during tasks.
• Experience with robots or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and handle humanoid hardware.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

• 5-day workweek with a mandatory weekend shift and 2 days off.
