Job summary

Aerotek in San Jose, CA is seeking a contract-to-hire tester to operate a humanoid robot, follow predefined test scenarios, and document results. You will use a provided interface to manage tests, monitor progress, and report issues to the engineering team.

The role demands attention to detail and reliable focus on repetitive testing tasks. The position is fully onsite in San Jose, with pay between $30.00 and $32.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Use a provided interface to start, stop, and control tests, including pushing buttons and monitoring test progress.
• Accurately record test results and observations in the required formats and tools.
• Document any issues, anomalies, or unexpected behavior encountered during testing.
• Communicate test findings and issues clearly to the engineering and testing teams.
• Stay focused and on task while performing repetitive testing work, even when it becomes routine.
• Collaborate with a goal-driven team of engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of test processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
