Uplift Education seeks a Humanities Teacher for Uplift Mighty Middle in Fort Worth. The role is a full-time middle school Social Studies teaching position with hours from 7:15 am to 4:30 pm, at Uplift Mighty Middle School.

Starting salary is $57,000 per year, with required Texas teaching certification and a minimum two years of teaching experience. Requirements include a valid Texas Teacher Certification (or current enrollment in an alternative route), and meeting the No Child Left Behind highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Texas Teacher Certification or enrollment in an alternative certification course.
• Must be highly qualified under No Child Left Behind Act.
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in the subject area.
