Job summary

NBH Bank in Kansas City downtown is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment initiatives across the bank. This on-site role emphasizes relationship-building with hiring managers and diverse candidate pools to deliver talent that fits our culture.

The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting, stay compliant with federal and state laws, and leverage ATS and sourcing tools. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years recruiting experience are required, with PHR a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or closely related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years recruiting experience, including sourcing and interviewing
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with automated applicant-tracking systems and Internet-based sourcing tools.
